BanZ Product Warranty
BanZ offers consumers a 1 year guarantee. BanZ warrants all sunglasses, goggles and hearing protection against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.
To register your warranty, mail in the completed form that came with the product or to register online, send an email with the subject "Warranty Registration" to sales@babyBanZ.com with your complete name, address, phone number, original order number and item size and color.
If service is required, first call BanZ customer service at 877-333-0074 for a return authorization. You will need to send your return, with proof of date purchased, postage paid to the address below.
Please make sure you include with your product, name, phone number, return address and a brief description of the defect or damage. If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period and BanZ finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.

What is the best way to ship back a return?
We recommend a traceable or insured method which allows you some recourse in case the package is lost. A few of these methods include, but are not limited to the following couriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
